Screencast is a product from TechSmith Corporation - the same folks who make
Camtasia and SnagIt.
When you order a recorded course, you be sent an invitation to (a) create a free
Screencast account and (b) view the recorded course. You must create a
Screencast account to view these recorded courses. Access is a single-seat
license.
PLEASE WHITELIST EMAILS FROM noreply@TECHSMITH.COM and check your
junk mail folder if you haven't received your invitation within 24 hours.
The video below provides an example of accessing a course through Screencast.

WATCH THE VIDEO DEMO (play wmv file below or play in mp4):
- Accessing a purchased course
- Setting up your free Screencast account
- Downloading course attachments
- Sharing free videos, podcasts and trace files in your Screencast account
- Accessing additional courses
Why Do I Have to Get a Screencast Account
We manage your access to the courses through your Screencast account. When
you purchase additional courses, a new invitation will be sent to you to view the
course and it will be visible when you log into your Screencast account.
What Else Can I Do with my Screencast Account?
Your Screencast account provides you with 2GB of storage space and 2GB
monthly bandwidth to store and share your own videos with others. You can share
items in Laura's Media Roll, but you cannot share access to the Chappell
Seminars courses with others. Please refer them to chappellseminars.com to
purchase their courses.
Where are the Course Attachments?
Your course is contained in a folder bearing the course name. We have placed the
course attachments (Course Notes, trace files, etc.) in the same directory and we
have also linked them to the video so you can access them from the Attachments
tab in the video.
